Sourdough Fundraiser for Middletown Teachers Association Scholarship

The fundraiser is for our MTA Scholarship. The scholarship is available to any graduating senior with a parent or guardian who works for Middletown City Schools in any capacity. We offer the following varieties for $12 per loaf:

• Country White – Classic sourdough with a crisp crust and soft, tangy crumb

• Herbes de Provence – Aromatic blend of French herbs for a savory, fragrant loaf

• Lemon Rosemary Olive – Bright citrus and rosemary notes with briny olives throughout

• Cranberry Walnut – Tart cranberries and toasted walnuts in a hearty, slightly sweet loaf

Our sourdough is free of preservatives and is best savored within three days for peak freshness. It stays shelf-stable for approximately one week and can be frozen easily — just reheat it in an oven or toaster.
